The Canadian Maple Leaf is produced by the world famous Royal Canadian Mint and is Canadian legal tender with a face value of 50 Canadian dollars. The .9995% pure platinum content makes the coin among the finest official bullion coins worldwide. The standard version has a weight of 1 troy ounce, but also comes in 1/2 ounce, 1/10 ounce, 1/20th ounce coins.
